Hastañ
High quality fest-noz band with a good balance of well-choosed traditional tunes and new compositions played by talented musicians: Pierre Stephan whose fiddle playing is rooted by tradition and modernity on the same time, Stéphane Le Foll (biniou) and Cédric Le Roy (bombard) who bring the 'couple pipers' dimension to the band, and specially Jean-Luc Thomas, excellent transverse flute player and Yann Guiriec Le Bars who both took part in the 'Dibenn' adventure (together with Annie Ebrel). They released a debut album in 1998 which was recorded live during a fest-noz: listen to the audience shouting, their jokes, the pig making some noise and have good laughs by taking a look to the C.D.rom.
